In Odesse, for more than a year, two brothers have terrorized their bells of the people of Chermušek. They took a wounded dog to a private clinic where veterinarians fought for her life for almost 24 hours. But the injuries were too heavy. "She died of blood loss. If we were told about her the same night that these beasts were being bullied, we would have managed to save her, and so everyone was afraid to report, thought they'd leave, and the animal ended up bleeding in the meantime, said the volunteer Tatiana Kuzikov.
The incident was so overwhelmed by the city that they had declared a real war on the vectors. During the hours, activists searched for freezes in social media and identified their residence address. Several hundred persons had signed criminal proceedings before the police, and more than 2,000 had subsequently been requested to the Public Prosecutor ' s Office. The volunteers now go around towns and distribute leaflets with photographs of the brothers and their dog killers and periodically, together with the militia, plant the apartment where Vitaly K. and Valery O live. But those two days have been gone.
Today, it became known that they were on the run and they were at their acquaintances, hoping to cross a wave of misery. The brothers are talking remotely to their hunters in social media: "I am responsible for my dogs. Until the official master of wild, palace dogs speaks to a rabid crowd, we're not going to be," he says Vitaly.
