Dog Photos Terrier
The breed was born in the early nineteenth century, thanks to the efforts of the English priest and an epic admirer of John's "Jek" Russell's Lies from Dartmouth, who was actively engaged in intersectioning various kinds of terrariers to remove the breed of dogs that are perfect for his favorite hunting. Thus, as a result of the selective work of the flooding amateur, a foxterier had been removed (up to 1900, the current jack terrier was nothing more than the old type foxsteriers) with larger sizes and a strong deposit than the other English terriers. John Russell crossed out a breed with dogs of one-ton and coloured color. Its main objective was to improve hunting qualities, the appearance of which was put on the back. For many years, animals have undergone several changes that meet different needs and standards of breeding established by different clubs.
The terriers assigned to the abnormal hunting were performing the following functions: they were diligently taken to the holes and kicked the beast out of there or, in the fight, dragged it out. Dogs were supposed to have small sizes not only to penetrate the hole, but also to be able to move inside, fighting their target. That is why four-band hunters have traditionally not exceeded 38, 5 cm. At the same time, dogs were required to compete with an unbelievable courage, power and an armed adversary. Normal hunting was considered to be a terrier with a blank, smooth and hard hair.
First Club jack dogsThe terrier was created in 1914, but the English dog club refused to recognize them. Official recognition took place in 1990. In the same year, the species registered in FCI. The American Club was founded a little earlier in 1976 by a woman named Alice Crawford, one of the first sewers to develop these dogs in the United States. In 1999, the pond, originally known as the Parson-Jacks-Terrier, was divided into short-sized (jack-sell-terrier) and longonogy (parason-sell-terier) types.
