The human skin is inhabited by a large number of bacteria peacefully coexisting on its surface or in hair follicula.
However, skin has certain properties that protect it from infection by pathogens. These include a thick and dry corn layer, virtually impermeable for microorganisms, and a glue inter-cell substance is a complex mixture of lipids, a tightly connecting malpigium cells and also protecting skin, buying the entrance into hair folliques.
Other factors that prevent the penetration of pathogenic microorganisms include the continuous updating of skin cells, pH acid, the presence of immunoglobulin in sweat and various skin flora species.
skin infections tend to develop only when injuries, excess hydration or skin inflammation violate these protective properties.
Bottoms causing skin infections may be part of a permanent skin flora or nearest slider or originate from external sources such as another person, the environment or contaminated objects.
Impéti - The most superficial skin infection caused by S. aulreuls and S. pyogenes. There are two main clinical options: a bald impetigo, considered as a staphile disease, and an indelible impetigo called S. aulreuls or S. pyogenes or both organisms.
The disease occurs in children more often than in adults, developing in open bodies, faces and limbs, scratches, sieves and insect bites.
Initially, red stains are emerging, which are transformed into bubbles and dwarfs, easily excavated and forming fat, yellow-cryptic chees on an eritotic basis (see Figure 1). They're often numerous, they can cause the potion, but they're usually painless.

Large bubbles and wolves with a diameter of 1-2 cm may be developed in buld form. They are opened slowly and retained for two or three days. The recipients tend to be determined by cultivation, but in clinically obvious cases it is not necessary.
The most serious complication of imppetigo is post-streptock acute glomerulonephrit, whose overall morbidity has declined in recent years.
